More like, how many contracts that can make a profit, not those lame 99 cent ones, has GA won in the past few years?
Answer: 0
Might be better to ask what the capture rate is for contracts, and how much were the awards compared to how much money was spent in proposals and business development.
ASI does not compete against the "Big Companies"! which is why it only wins the 99 cents contracts -- which are essentially worthless and so layoffs occur and even more will follow!
