2% and you are complaining? If people stopped riding overhead we would be paid appropriately! People are lazy! They hide and play on their phones all shift and wonder why they don't get noticed. You did get noticed! That's why you only got 2%. The guy who sat in the toilet stall all day got 1%
You are looking at the whole situation ! Most GA management can’t find employment anywhere else… so GA is saying !! We and pay you nothing!

They would pay more if they had more money to pay their employees. Obviously, they don’t.
