GA’s business model shinning

I noticed all these post of people that don’t understand GA history nor its business model. GA has always lost contract when competing with the big boys - this is nothing new! GA has always had high turnover bc good employee would leave once they realized how bad GA business processes and management is! GA thrives in the 99 cent market by grabbing contracts with little margins that no one else bets on - these are GA’s bread and butter! GA thrives on keep employees no one else wants or has left gotten fired some where else and comes back! I have seen a manger leave 4 times and GA welcome her back ever times she has failed some where else! People need to understand GA is following its business model to a “T” right now! So if your complaining and never leave - you are the definition of a GA lifer and we are happy to have you! So keep complaining and stay at GA bc we already know your skill set sucks so bad you are never leaving!!

Comrade, your propaganda is weak. We have poached your best employees, and are taking more everyday! We Offer $100,000 signing bonus for mid-level engineers and technicians and $150K to $200K for senior managers. Your competition will WIN because GA lacks the money and smarts.

We also heard from your former employees that GA is a toxic environment and that Your Competition is way bettter!!
