Wow! Just hired a new person and they leave before 60 days has passed! Couldn’t deal with company culture or work environment. People leaving sooner and sooner!

The company policies has changed. It used to be fun at GA. Management used to believe in the Work Hard you play hard attitude. Then out of no where it came to a halt. You can't even look at your phone. Can't laugh or the new boss would think you are not working. Have to be a robot and not a human being. It changed so much. Deployments have dried up as well. They work us inside now but were used to having our independence cause you work for yourself when deployed. Then they expect for you to be an obedient little boy. Lmao it's comical.
1 yr bonus at new company = 8-9 yrs bonus at GA. This is amusing.
My co-worker was there for only 5-6mos of last yr and received the full bonus of 25% of annual salary (50% came from annual bonus + 50% in the form of a sign-in bonus). Now that's management that are thoughtful. Wow!
We had lunch in Coronado to celebrate and I told them about GA bonus and raise. Apparrently, mgt needs the $$$ more than the employees. We laughed so hard at GA MGT's expense.
Don't worry! this has always been the GA way. Gneral Atomics means "loser" in Ukrainian and clearly the new hire did not want to be a "loser." Sure there are enough "losers" at GA to take their place!
My bonus was 20% at a healthcare tech company! How was yours? a measly 2% i heard hahahhahaha
