Inselberg vs FB!

Good read : Docket # HUD-L-003478-23 can confirm Inselberg vs FB FB you are worth Billions. Lets start with handing back the memorabilia… Next get yourself a good italian tailor to make you some suits that fit.

Bonus

Grade 11 and above. Paid 2k as cash, not worth slogging 9.hours Monday to Friday in the office, old legacy products, no modern work done, suggest vps ,svps get ideas from modern payment products and companies like stripe, bh vps just talking all day... — read more

Frank, Trump, layoffs

since the federal government is doing mass workforce reductions, do you think frank is modeling the trend? I mean we all know that layoffs are part of the company, but I feel they are larger this year. wonder what Mike will do.

How would you quit if you could

I actively fantasize of reading the Glassdoor reviews to Mike and Frank at a town hall Jimmy Kimmel mean tweets style, dropping the mic and quitting.

no upset clients

why aren't there more upset and angry clients? I hear rm's all day talking about how they can't support their clients, projects or implementations are delayed and there are no product people anymore so how does Fiserv have any satisfied clients? I... — read more

Bonus = 🤮

Having to work 9 hours a day in office for $10k bonus with 60% of it being in stock that vests over 3 years is a real kick in the face and completely out of line with the market

This job is definitely not worth it

I’m a relative newcomer who joined just in time to be constantly under surveillance and overworked. If I had known which direction Fiserv was heading, I would have never taken the job. Now, with the job market the way it is and the economy on shaky... — read more

Sapience needs to be looked at. Lawsuit?

Sapience recorded no activity whatsoever yesterday at my end even though I was in office. And you are telling me the company just did massive layoffs Nov 2024 because of this program, tracking activity….destroying lives…..There are people with... — read more

Hold them accountable

If you see a mo--n who’s making these decisions to get rid of our colleagues, ask them why. Ask them why we’re having to put in all this extra time away from our family covering for the person they cut while the company makes record profits. The... — read more

PWC or Fiserv

Considering an offer from pwc but I’ve been here for over 12 years now. It’s just scary to start all over again. It’d be a pay cut as well but can’t take all the none sense this company is doing lately

Goal Setting

Been here for 5 years now and this year management is pushing goal setting even more. For what? None of my functions have changed whatsoever, why are we being asked to provide more detail for sh-t we already do?

Nothing will change here for next 2 years

Mike is handcuffed, given a pile of cr-p. He was president, not CEO of PNC. Doesn't come with his own network of MC he can put in place. He is stuck with Chris and Gibbons (good GOD!), who will hang around until they are 90 years old and make sure... — read more

Who’s got the goods?

SOMEBODY has to have the goods on these sl--eballs… where are the bodies buried? I really hope someone finds the courage to stand up and tell the world what’s going on here.

Implementations / Conversions

Does anyone know what the salary is for an entry level implementation/ conversion analyst? I was interviewed for this role in Omaha and wanted to know what the starting salary is… also what exactly do they do. I read the job description but I know a... — read more

When is Frank Bisignano's Confirmation Hearing?

I thought his hearing was supposed to be early February but clearly that's not the case. Anyone know when his confirmation hearing is? I want to see how he holds up when dealing with people who aren't a bunch of YES men/women, who'll challenge him... — read more

Tech

For Fiserv being a tech company, you would think the tech provided to us would be at least somewhat usable. I am having to waste at least an hour a day on slow tech or other tech issues. Unbelievable

H1B Visa folks and India

I keep seeing more and more first data people out of India intermingling in the team's chats with other regular support people. Being an American company, wouldn't FISERV be best served to stop canning valuable American citizens?

Homelander vibes from FB

Got very strong Homelander vibes from FB in the townhall. Especially when he said, “the biggest asset is you. You all make it special. You are the true heroes”.

BH Frank and Mike Town Hall

Who else is ready for the clown show! First, who will dare ask honest questions with Frank there and sitting right next to Mike. Second, why would they host this last minute town hall. Do they really care about employees or their options? NO! So... — read more

More Layoffs To Come

No one is safe. All jobs are being looked at for AI replacement regardless of what country you are in

Retribution is about to start

Stock options vesting over the next few days, expecting that there will be a lot of resignations once those are secured. These will be the senior people with the product knowledge walking out the door.

RTO Summary (Large US Companies)

AEP: Employees here view RTO as part of a broader cost‐cutting strategy. Posts highlight a negative corporate culture, low CEO approval ratings, and suggest that the mandate is used to force attrition and replace higher‐paid workers with cheaper... — read more

Layoffs erode employee quality

The more layoffs we have, the more institutional knowledge we lose, the more talent we drive away, and the worse this place becomes. It’s astounding that those at the top don’t realize what they’re doing to Fiserv with these constant layoffs -... — read more

Bank mentality from the 70s

All teller drawers are audited multiple times per day. The pens are on chains. The least trusted people in the bank are the employees. We’re experiencing the 2025 cyber version of this. Ona separate note, the Board just authorized a stock buyback... — read more

https://www.aba.com/-/media/documents/reference-and-guides/2024-core-platform-survey.pdf?rev=86f04dd379544470b325a954e64be2b0 I’d recommend everyone skims though this doc. Fiserv at the bottom is essentially every category.

Beware of the verint software!

Not sure if anybody else got this but there was an email about getting permission for the verint software. A quick Internet search will tell you that it records employee screens, mic audio, and camera visual. It even gives everything a meta tag so... — read more

ABA Core Platform Survey - Fiserv dead last

Not only is Fiserv last as a company, but ALL Fiserv cores are at the bottom of the list as well. But I thought our clients only care that we're in office???? https://www.aba.com/news-research/analysis-guides/2024-core-platforms-survey

'Unlimited' PTO

I feel like there's a lot of different info out there about PTO, and I'm not sure what to believe. I've read the fine print on fuel about the 33 day hard cap, but it sounds like there are soft caps that get you put on a list somewhere. Does anyone... — read more
