Trading Gibblet for MW is NOT an upgrade. He is in no position to lead a large business. Lies, toxic, no back-bone or just ol fashion incompetent. yes he wanted outta Utah and thought BH was his golden ticket. but he has zero leadership qualities to lead FIG. total JOKE that he is even a thought.
Agree. The original FD went through frequent CEO changes and the culling of the old regime/bringing in the new cronies didn't last long.
FB was here longer and his cronies brought in their buddies several layers deep. It will take time for the JPMC folks to get weeded out.
@an those were purchased products and required very little exec leadership to install. So what you stated as his deliveries is spin in the highest degree.
After a leadership change, there is a period of time where the new leader takes stock of the current situation. This is where we are now.
Then, they will perform the first culling. Multiple people will decide to spend more time with their families.
Then, the new leader begins to hire cronies from the previous employer.
This repeats in multiple waves. As leadership works their way down the leadership tree.
I would suspect that JG is included in the first wave.
Need a better alternative than Matt. He is equally HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT!!! Can't deliver on what he has and we think he can handle more. Moving to BH does not qualify him!
