I have been experiencing no data in some parts of the building, is anyone from BH also experiencing same issues or noticing something unusual recently?

If Fiserv was indeed purposely blocking cellular traffic the FCC would have a field day.
It depends on the carrier, tower locations, traffic volume, and where you are in the building
I only have issues in the cafeteria, things like a huge faraday cage.

A lack of planning is a plan to fail! Booking a trip to pull the lever of layoffs eventually leads to the destination of outages and inadequate infrastructure. Remember, FB, was and is the master of this!
