Will Crown plan a layoff right before our annual bonus? To add - why are we all draining in more work to do, but Crown won’t offer a raise!?

With earnings so far delayed, are they pushing out annual incentive too? I thought they cared about us? This is now truly impacting our pockets if so. Everything has been indirect until this scenario… Say it ain’t so.

Telling my boss I wouldn’t mind being on the next layoff list seems risky. It’s not like I could get fired without cause, but could I make things worse for myself in other ways by saying this?
