Spring Cleaning: Time to Cut the Dead Weight in D&D

With the CISO gone (likely encouraged), how about a proper scrub of the dead weight leaders in D&D? Leadership is a coin toss—50% solid, 50% clueless. Only one D&D VP actually knows D&D and leadership, while another just hides, giving zero direction (not even one org-wide meeting?!). Keep the spring cleaning going—cutting the dead weight is the fastest path to efficiency!

Shaming people is why people are silent, on edge. Inexperienced bad leaders keep getting a pass,. People want to call things out without fear but can’t , capacity reports indicate cuts coming.. Ignoring or blaming won’t make it go away.

DOT is the biggest tool of all time! No pun intended. Guy only cares about himself, has not done a thing in the last 10 years at the Castle - Put him out to pasture for goodness sakes.

PV disaster, DTO waste, then AG chased Google dream instead of making IT run. Too many promotions, not enough workers. Cut the hidden consultants with new titles. People grind daily, keep old systems alive, build new ones, blamed, not thanked, exhausted. Some stuck with fake leaders that fear truth, examples given valid. Need flatter org charts, real leaders. Too much to ask?

Haha...leadership is out there peeing on us and trying to tell us it's just rain. Knuckleheads.

Just gonna act like none of this is real? The real problem isn’t hiring consultants as leaders—leaders who can’t actually lead and have zero experience? Nah, that can’t be it. Nope, no way. And sure, let’s go with ‘one bitter person’—great guess. Meanwhile, a whole lot of people agreed to the post and comments and they are are on edge, waiting to hear about a sale, no sale, layoffs, reorgs—stressed out, especially if they’re stuck with a cr-ppy leader. But yeah, we’re all good. LMFAO.

No one knows your dept or what D&C is. You are a cost center and will be out sourced.

Since PV, D&D has been a self sustaining machine made necessary only by its own processes and bureaucracy. Agile, QA, Architecture, etc.
