Full Bonus for 2014
Just found out sales at CCR ATL is receiving full bonus IF the individual hit their personal target. ATL MU was up over year prior. These layoffs are at Coke North America, with little to no impact at CCR (or so I was told).

Executive compensation is the problem
Coke makes hundreds of millions in profits, the head honcho Mutuar Kent makes 20+ million a year, but the little guy is the issue, right? How about a pay cut for the execs and really make Coca Cola what it used to be. I hate how they treat their... — read more
Coke Employee Forum
Do you know if we have an employee forum somewhere on the web. I understand that this site is for layoffs, but I wanted to see if there is a place where I can ask non layoff related questions. I appreciate your help here.

Do you know what a typical severance package is for the folks who work in Corporate?
2000 jobs to be cut, 500 here in Atlanta
I think Atlanta will be hit even harder and this is only the beginning of cuts for 2015, things will be much uglier as shareholders are increasingly nervous with the management's performance. Muhtar is a poor leader and Bozer is a joke, what else can... — read more

Great Falls Layoffs
Coca-Cola was laying off people at Great Falls manufacturing and distribution center back in October. A good friend of mine worked for Coke for about 10 years and lost her job.
Does Mutar know where he is taking this ship?
I am sure he's clueless. His planned cuts in supply and data-management expenses and overhaul of marketing department will not make a dent. He needs to understand why his overworked managers despise this company more than they like it.
