I got the axe JAN 2010. I was the "best lab tech they ever had" according to my previous eval. I got the boot, and they kept all the drug using (management included) employees that spend half the work day outside on smoke breaks. They cut a few other people in the previous months, but was assured my job was safe. The problems are tiers of redundant management that they keep paying FAT paychecks to. The FAT is at the top...but they keep cutting it out the grunts that do the actual work. They (management) aren't cutting their own throats! Getting out of Coke was the best thing for me though. VERY GLAD I GOT CUT! But I didn't feel that way when it happened
