Lay off in Coca-Cola India is more of target to very junior levels. 4 associates were asked to go from Trade Sample Laboratory - in grade 8, 7 and 6. Fail to understand the focus. There are very highly paid associates drawing 10-50 times of these employees compensation. They are not affected. Is this a number game or a cost cutting exercise. 3 out of 4 associates going out are female and Company talk about diversity and female representation.
