In my org, top grade levels were hit. I know of 2 GL 12s, 1 GL 11 and a Director. Lots of knowledge and experience slashed.

I was LR'd after 16 years and have been told no ER package but want to see if anyone is aware of anyone being offered and ER?

Someone mentioned that the deadwood at "high" positions is chopping off 50% budget. A couple of good VPs but the deadwood mafia is going to kill the org. We see lot of 1:1's scheduled today but no one's saying anything.

in Florida my unemployment will be $275 a week. COBRA costs more than the unemployment. What does one live on? Definitely incentive to retire instead of claim. Unreal.

Because of the WARN Act and Businesses don't want to give you notice of termination, layoffs are prolonged. Within 60 days, they won't eliminate a third of an office building. Business will eliminate a few here and a few there over many months.
