Please report abuse to USCIS. It is illegal to employ OPT students through third party staffing agencies. Cisco is violating the laws and laying off US citizens

Also, how many contractors (not L&T peeps). I just wonder what is left - there were about 7,000 when NDS was bought (with 5,500 coming from NDS)
