Bean counters

Is it me or Cisco has become a company full of bean counters? Our CFO has built a finance team that has too much influence on the strategic direction of the company. Simply put, you can’t cut your way to prosperity and growth. Innovation is key!!!!

UX Layoffs coming

Restructuring and reorganization in Intent Based Network Group IBNG (aka EN) has left their centralized UX Org exposed and lack of traction means it will be dissolved early in year.

Layoffs, no layoffs, it is a lose-lose situation.

Seems I survived the layoffs this year. But it is such a lose-lose situation. You lose if you are laid off. If you are not laid off, you still lose because of all the uncertainty and worry. Why do they put us through this? There has to be a better... — read more
