Not clear what the end of that entails - leaving the company, back to full schedule, etc. - after the 6, 9 or 12 month period.

A real ER package wouldn't be targeting age 50+. It would start at age 55+, maybe even 58+. Call this what it is, enhanced LR. Or hey ... let's call it Secure LRX. Amiright?
