Schadenfreude ?

Isn't all this $hitshow actually playing into millennials' and younger folks mentality and they really like it ? From what I could see they mostly have zero empathy, are totally self-obsessed, tend to think that someone owns them a recognition... — read more

"We're Number 1!!!"

Less than a week after LR, Cisco announces proudly they are #1 on the Worlds Best Workplaces List. Who voted??

Not surprising

As long as Cisco continues promoting the wrong people who have no experience and very little knowledge in the field they're being promoted in, we will continue to fail. It's as simple as that. They can lay off people if they have competent managers... — read more

Why layoffs here are so frequent?

Seriously, why no one brings this up during check in? Layoff maybe once a year might be acceptable. With the employee churn so high, don't the upper management think it's a bad strategy? How about the board of directors? If new grads don't join, I... — read more

February 2021 layoffs--Americas

This will be the more traditional layoff model Cisco has perfected. Q2 earnings announcement on 2/10/21 or 2/17/21, with notification to Wall Street of another $1B cost reduction (perhaps more). Layoffs take place the next day, or Tuesday of the next... — read more
