Capital Group layoffs occurred today. Approximately 40 IT associates were laid off for not meeting the new blended role profile. Teams are stretched as it was, off shore team are expected to fill their roles. Perfect condition to failure.

Word of mouth is that supervisor and manager layoffs are occurring today.
