New Health Care Plans

High Deductible Broad, is same as Bronze. It is the only plan that includes network and non network providers. A little more expensive than last year. A little more out of pocket. But mostly the same as Bronze. The two other plans, select high... — read more

Same sh*t across companies

If you do a quick search of T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon here on the layoff you’ll see the same bullsh*t being posted on each of their pages, rumors of layoffs with no substance, disgruntled people talking about how happy they are that they left or... — read more

The worst business decision?

There were many of them. Would love to hear your thoughts on which one has set this company back the most.

Why not expose at&t for what it is?

A horrible toxic work environment. Angry co-workers forced back into the office against their will. Very little money to start or finish projects vital to the company. Horrific leadership, Stankey is a real as----e along with C-suite and BOD. No... — read more

Doing an upgrade is crime

So doing upgrades is a crime at att ? Management is turning customers away even tho phones are in stock. Losing commission on that i know is not a lot but why?

Same old T ...

Hey, remember when Stink said that the 2019/2020 layoffs were the last round and were necessary to make the company leaner and more agile so it could meet the challenges of an ever-changing marketplace? Nice to see that two years later T is back to... — read more

Chomping at the bit.

Can't hardly wait for T's 3Q2022 results. You know they are very bad given the fact that Pascal ain't a braggin. T is going down! All the corrupt and underhanded activities are coming back to haunt them. Stankey keeps putting off the 40K layoffs that... — read more

There is no future here

It is clear that the company wants us to leave on our own in order to save a little on severance pay, but in my opinion, being here and waiting for severance pay is in any case just a waste of time. Can you even imagine this place in five years?... — read more

Scott Mair is a contractor

Look in webphone. Notice there's no consulting company, just ECAM, the AT&T NPW (non payroll worker) system.

Get ready for a HR massacre at T

The time has arrived. Santone can start swinging her axe. I believe they plan to cut 40K. Dont worry, there are still plenty of good jobs on the open market. You will soon be asking yourself why didnt i do this sooner. I don't like or respect Stankey... — read more

Massive Layoffs beyond everyone's comprehension

Are coming. The cash just isn't flowing in the doors to cover employees, debt, and dividends. The executives are at the point of tossing the hail Mary and that will be to get the early cash infusion and let services suffer. Long term this will lead... — read more

Layoff numbers?

Anyone have any credible numbers or the orgs hit for those that were unfortunate to be laid off? Thanks in advance if you have any info.

A place that didn't know how to maintain quality

I am quite disappointed because the word quality in this company doesn't mean anything anymore. I can't even remember when it became so irrelevant here!? It's a shame that it happened though. This could have been a much better workplace.

Sambar Annouces Targeted Layoffs 2023

Once he figures out how many leave for free because of the Stink's take aways, $hitty new health non-coverage, lump sum going down 30% next year and making Toxic T a miserable place to work!

Will culling of the herd continue?

Just curious if you think Stankey and Santone will be agressive and continue with layoffs this week. I'm not sure of their endgame, do they really plan to eliminate 40K jobs at T? Perhaps these are just more of their idle threats.

Layoffs, Re-Orgs, New VPs trying to look good

That is why 80-90% of employees don't give a darn any more and just cash checks. This company has had brain cancer for a long time and for some reason it spreads to all parts of the body. If Stevenson and Stankey can roll dice on a bender of... — read more

No good jobs left

I wish I had left a year or so ago when employers were desperate and throwing high pay and sign-on bonuses at candidates. Now we're back to where were before: few good open positions, no responses after interviews, and lowball offers when you manage... — read more

AT&T has become a schill company.

T used to do it all in house, I mean everything. Nowadays they contract everything out to 3rd party vendors. It really a shame, they think they are saving money but I doubt they are. It's really sad to see, I hope someday things change, and we get... — read more

When will Stankey

Host another townhall? I cant wait. He looks like an imbicile, while he's talking, he has all his bobbleheads, Santone, McElfresh, Desroaches, Legg, etc., shaking their heads back and forth violently. It's just so hilarious. They should put these... — read more

How can they justify?

Paying that du----s Randall Stephenson $1M per year as a consultant? This cat is a proven loser, even has the track record to prove it. Stankey is crooked, he endorsed this horrible transaction. It's probably how he got the CEO job. This is just... — read more

Stock at $15.53, nice job Stankey

Too bad his comp is tied to rubber stamping goals. The rest of you schlep avps, vps, and directors have worthless options. You tied your rope to a sinking dock.

Health Insurance increases

as a "retiree" (I got surplussed in 2020) I get stuff from ATT relating to medical even though I am only doing care plus. I just got information for 2023 and wow. How do people afford these costs? 804 per month for individual with 30% co-insurance?... — read more
