Here in San Diego the Central Offices are crowded with splicers all day. I guess it’s a free zone. Free pay , no work. Just hang out. Professional chair occupiers.

Any insight on the call?
Construction and Engineering surplus call today @9:00am. Any takeaways from folks on the call??
Mass Layoffs
Do you think AT&T will have mass layoffs? Or, has the consistent downsizing prevented a complete sl------r?
In what ways do they try to "motivate" you to leave voluntarily?
It costs less to make employees leave voluntarily, than to pay for packages. I think they are becoming more and more creative in that sense.
Voluntary Offer
Voluntary offer news came this morning for Val Scheder’s org. Off payroll 12/01
Question for active employees
I guess this is for Tech dev - How many projects were ki---d to make the 3Q results?
Let’s Get This Straight
There is NO work going on. Digitalization has finally eliminated the need for CWA represented employees. Current contract limits forced layoffs of the scale required. Would an offer not be a realistic option?
We are back!
Our 2Q2022 results were nothing less than stellar. Special thanks goes out to Stankey, Pascal Desroaches, and the BOD. If we can keep the momentum, we will be in second place, in front of Verizon, behind TMUS. The past two years were a struggle, it's... — read more

AT&T is losing more than it knows

Erosion of benefits over time
