well, nobody is writting about layoffs that took place yesterday. people still live in hope that layoffs will be avoided. in fact, they are laready happening - ask around and dont' be sheep.

The borrowers will have to keep employment levels and restrict employee compensation, dividends and share repurchases to qualify for the CARES Act loans.
