Xerox no longer gives any good reason why anyone would want to stay here. Or am I wrong? I was surprised at how quickly I got the offer. Now I only regret that I didn't start looking for something else earlier.

Is the CEO ill - does not look the same
Very uninspiring session on the Town Hall. Is the CEO sick he looked ill to me? He really was not looking well. Why are so many Senior Managers bailing out - all of them gone by end of January? What do they know?
Final outsourcing push coming
Hold onto your shorts, most orgs remaining lower level positions going bye bye.
They are trying to prove themselves in the wrong way
Of course, no one will probably ever tell him that, but his role is beyond his capacity. I am talking about my manager. He is probably aware of that himself, and so he tries to compensate for the lack of competencies in another way - by continuous... — read more
Revenue Down 22%

Keep in the back of your head that Johnny made $20M in 2020.
So when management starts pushing the extra work and stress onto you, just remember who thought it was a good idea to furlough, layoff, and runaway your colleagues. You're being spent to the max for their benefit. Well I'm done. It's time for upper... — read more
The Great Exodus
Last month I had 4 service reps ask me about coming over to join me at a Dealer, they've seen the writing on the wall. Another rep (in another city) spoke with a former Xeroid I know and asked if he had heard about "The Great Exodus". I know the... — read more
Don't have high expectations
My only hope is that I will find a new job soon. It's only getting worse here. My motivation is zero and I have been unhappy working here for a long time. Is it hopeless to have any more expectations from this company? Does anyone have any optimism... — read more
Xerox has a little CIO problem
Sounds like some changes in leadership are happening, with more of the actually capable leaders retiring, and the less capable getting promotions. The new CIO is the same guy who doubled down on the Webster data center just a few years ago. Dinosaur... — read more
Earnings - YIKES 😬

Current situation
Are there any current employees that have not yet updated their resumes and are looking for a new job outside the org formerly known as a corporation formerly known as Xerox? If so, why??? Hanging on any longer for any reason has absolutely zero... — read more

Benefits will continue to erode
That is one of the easiest ways for the leadership to save money. They laid off too many people as it is so that avenue of easy cost savings is gone, for now at least. The next best thing? Cut whatever you can from the remaining employees. They'll... — read more

Layoffs are far from our only issue
We have a big number of employees who have been here very long and have completely lost their drive. We have an utterly dysfunctional relationship between management and employees. Products are outdated. If there is a path to future revenue growth, I... — read more

Managing the decline
When I see all these complaints about Xerox, only one thing is not clear to me. How can people not see that they are actually managing the decline, that nothing better can be expected, and that the only question is how much is left until we finally... — read more

What would save this company?
Some say merger might save Xerox. I don't really think so. I don’t believe there’s anything that could save this company, but I may be thinking too negatively. Anyways, I don't intend to be here much longer but I wonder what you think a merger... — read more

Dealers are pulling Xerox and pushing HP

Xerox is an unorganized company as a whole

Maybe it could have been different

Why haven't there been any layoffs for a while?
The answer is very simple: it doesn't go in Xerox's favor to be paying for packages, and they have already created such a bad work environment that even those who were most loyal and optimistic are leaving in the masses. My advice is that no one... — read more
