Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

What does merging look like?

For those of you that have merged in XBS to consolidated cores. What does that look like, are there major changes? The rumors seem to be true that XBS will be merging with Xerox direct at some point in the next 12 months. Any ideas what that will look like, specific changes?

It's not that bad. Just know that Customer service is not priority, numbers are.. Most importantly don't you ever forget that nobody cares about your performance until you underperform.

It was done without much forethought. The results were a sh*t show of confusion.

Snow. Omg. No one Ever learns anything.
Service now. = Mass Exodus, and maybe then some.
Like a needle in the eye, there is always some fool that says “its not that bad…”

Snow is like having the greatest comic book collection ever assembled. Then burning it for 4th of july. And then calling it a victory.

OMG....one piece of advice.......RUN.......
merging in cores is bad enough...duplicate serial #'s , different part numbers for same part....it's a nightmare and if X with their archaic systems is merging into XBS....disaster city!!!
