New RTO policy for anyone within 90 mins of NYC and SF offices.. anyone hear anything about forcing employees elsewhere back? Or anything about laying off international workers?

It is not right to cut good, dedicated, long-term employees in such an ugly and cold-blooded way. I am very disappointed. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm expecting too much?
