New RTO policy for anyone within 90 mins of NYC and SF offices.. anyone hear anything about forcing employees elsewhere back? Or anything about laying off international workers?

NO one is forcing you. The job is at a location and the policy is being in the office 5 days a week. You signed a contract and if you can't fulfill it, they will replace you. Job market isn't great, so if you want to continue getting a paycheck, I suggest you get out of bed and get to work. For generations, this is what it meant to have a job and actually work.
