All our personal days were cut from 7 to 6 without being disclosed by anybody. What happened. Anybody notice this?

Planning to give my two weeks notice soon.. what kind of process will i have to go through? What do they ask in exit interviews?

I am not sure I heard on the previous calls of how they will deal with STI with the ppl held back for a future date. Does that mean they are guaranteed the 100% and the ones that didn't push get the X% the company announces?

There was a time when we were taken out to breakfast on Christmas Eve. Then, it became an ordered breakfast in that was delivered to our building. Now, it’s nothiing. Just a “go to work”. Sad to see. Little gestures meant a lot.
