Hey come on. You are just a slave for DXC.
We call you employee, you don't think yourself is on par with us.
We hire you because Mikey want to earn more for his pocket to be flooded with money.
What do you think so great about you? USD 3 per hour is good enough. Infact we don't even want to pay you a single cent. But if we don't pay at all, we not able to cheat low cost people to work for us.
If you love to make so much noise, I will go to Africa offer them USD 1, and sent your job away.
We are a people company. We are the people and you are the slave. Please remember.
The FUTURE doesn't need you, everyone replaced by AI ROBOT AUTOMATED SYSTEMS, even doctors and lawyers. You are another useless eater, better figure it out.
$3.00 US and hour, and I bet thats a nice salary in your country. Look it up on Google and figure out the cost of living compared to other places and then complain

Well, not defending dxc here, but all companies are like that. And in all fairness, when you get to the top, you have a different job. And the job is, make a profit for the shareholders. If the CEO can`t deliver that, looses his job. Simple as that. So what is he going to do? Worry about little Jose from Costa Rica and thousands like him from India, Malaysia and others? Or worry about doing his job?
DXC, and other companies, went to countries like China, India, Costa Rica because they can save money on the labour. They know they wont get the same service, because lets face it now, how many times you guys c---ed up? I dont have any examples in Costa Rica, but I know about Philippines, my god they havent got a clue what they are doing. But they get peanuts, and they work overtime. Perfect employee. If they want more money, well they either not going to get it from here, or if they do, it will be short term until the company will move to another country.
What do you think Mike is going to do if the realises he cant do this job any more? Do you think hes going to come over here and moan about? No. Hell update his CV, and send it somewhere else. Thats what people do.
YOU are not a tree. MOVE. your job is not to deliver to stakeholders, your job is to deliver to yourself and your family. Consequences for not doing that, are far worse than losing your job. Open your eyes. Embrace change. Times when people used to work 50 years in the same place and get pension are long gone. 2-3 years in one place is the maximum you should stay if you`re not appreciated, and receive regular pay rises.
Is this surprising news to you? That is why you have the job. Your cost of living in your country does not compare to ours. You are trying to make money like we all are. But you can't compare your salary to the US. If you rose up and insisted on higher pay they will just move on to another country. Many US Corporations are awful, greedy horrible entities. And DXC does not care about employees.
"Well we had it tough. We used to have to get up out of the shoebox at twelve o'clock at night, and LICK the DXC reception floor with our tongues. We had half a handful of freezing cold gravel, worked twenty-four hours a day at the Delivery Centre for fourpence every six years, and when we got home, our Dad would slice us in two with a bread knife."
Instead of begging for mercy and crying on forums look for another job
