Any Risk Department under D Williams
Well the head of tech resiliency doesn’t know anything about tech or resiliency so that’s pretty bad.

Conduct Management. They got rid of all the people who held the dept up on their shoulders and hired a bunch of people from India and then whistle along like its all fine.

Operations risk is a fiasco.
Third Party & Third Party International. TJ. Bad chaotic management.
@ft If you replace the word "branches" with "company" (or "customers"), you just described every group at WF.
Banker Connection. They’re trying to move as much as possible to Manila and AI with no regard for how it impacts the branches.
Any tech dept run by someone that came from BNY with BE. If you don’t know BE was “moved aside” “allegedly” because people at that level don’t get fired. She came here and brought a bunch of lackeys to support her. I predict tech will have a major issue in the next 18 months. I don’t want that to happen but the leadership she brought in is out of their depth. Meanwhile I’m keeping notes so I can be a whistle blower.
Back office Operations for Wells Fargo Advisors. India and Philippines can't answer the simplest of questions. Just opens tickets. Can't think critically whatsoever.
They also take forever to state their greeting and forever to say goodbye. Infuriating.
