Does anyone know the % of # of employees they wanted to reduce for the VSP Phase? Or altogether goal?

@d4 yeah i figured that is the case. I know a couple team members on my team took the VSP, if they are approved and leaves after September, their workloads shifts to the rest of us. Its added work on top of what is already a lot of work for some of us. I am concerned about that, it just becomes a snow ball effect. Such a sh-t show this whole thing is
@cz I was informed yesterday that the teams would be restructured once the layoffs and VSP's are done. The reason we were informed is because we have to know how we are going to move forward after we lose certain people on our team .
Besides layoffs, does anyone expect teams and team members to be switched around a bit within departments? Or is the restructuring just pure layoffs?
@OP a pure guess: 2k contractors, 5k VSP, 2k layoffs, and a few others up to 1k that just quit/give up in next 6 months.
Guessing 5-10 %. But who knows?
I heard 20-30% but honestly not sure what is true and whats not I feel like we're all just guessing - I hate them for putting us through this
