I want to make sure I maximize all the benefits ford has to offer before I give notice. Use recognition points , wellness account reimbursement, etc.
What do you recommend doing? Any other tips before telling my boss?

Do you date any crazy chicks? They might form an alliance if you try and leave here. Weird stuff
Get your annual physical, dental visits, eyecare done before you leave. Basically, anything medical / insurance related.
