I know you are tired, overworked, feeling defeated, but that is part of their plan. Just MILK IT. If you need to enter Tasks, just make it up on the spot. If you have to enter a LOG a CALL in SF just interview CHATGPT. Say ChatGPT you are an Instructor teaching Biology what are your 3 biggest challenges? what are 3 things you wish Technology could do for you in the classroom,,,,,, and enter what it tells you. This will buy you some time and also keep the checks rolling in while you try to get Severance If they don't give you severance, Each check you receive by faking it, is basically Severance since you were about to throw in the towel and quit anyways. Yes bring back the Comings and Goings so we can see the departures.

In May the Executive Team told us, "You all will receive your new Sales Targets earlier than you have ever received Targets" which they said would be June. Well?!?! its July and we haven't received Sales Targets. Typically, Incompetent Liars.

Similar to when management said No one looks at the Comings and Goings site and then removed it. The whole company was checking Comings and Goings daily.

Be brave, bring back the comings and goings list, since you preach and believe in transparency. While you are at it ,,, hold a town hall about the upcoming IPO! Better yet, in Vegas get on the stage and tell us ALL, there are no plans for an IPO and anything about an IPO you have read on the internet has been false and just rumors.

It just busy work. Management has trouble using SalesForce for productive things. Its great for Busy work, tracking activities, how many clicks a rep makes inside of SF per day, how much time you spend in SF daily. MGT equates time spent in Sales Force to Success. LOL they are nuts.

Can somebody teach mgt how to get what they need out of Salesforce so that I can stop entering data into Spreadsheets?
Oh! I forgot the more information we provide then maybe Ai can do the job instead of us. Don't worry the data being entered is not complete and most of the time not accurate. Do you really think, we will enter how we really won the adoption? NOT!!!

@ga yup, and in my new role at in education, not in sales or publishing, i dissuade colleagues from Cengage.

Business and Accounting was my first Victory against Cengage.

There is definitely an internet exiting taking place but the real Mass Exit that is occurring quietly is whole bunch of existing customers.
