What’s the real reason for the desktop tracking? I can’t help but think there’s more to it than “streamlining processes” for us. I’m concerned they are trying to pinpoint idle employees or something. Anyone have insight on this

@g9 and if you're a law abiding citizen, there should be no concerns with needing to upload your ID to access the Internet, mandatory cameras in your vehicle that can disable it if the AI thinks your drowsy, and a network of Ring cameras in your home accessible by law enforcement because the people in charge always know best, right?
In reality, tools like Verint shouldn't be necessary if management is actually doing their job - measuring performance by delivery of work, not how often you get up to p-e.
If you are doing your job, then there should be no concern.
