@1nc It sounds like this person is talking about being harassed and stalked by someone (a crazy ex possibly) and that ex was assisted in their harassment and stalking by HR and management... Possibly got their lines crossed, I'm betting the post below doesn't fit your story exactly.
@1jm I love how the simp mods made it look like "Post ID: @1jm+1kvpfz4cf" wasn't written by a crazy obsessive that crashed out and decided to mock my previous attempts to get her to stop harassing me. No you loser, I will not go to VDAY dinner with you..! Stop pretending to write like you're me when you crash out, dummy!
@1jg Dishonest how?
@1hv you are annoying and dishonest
Well, it looks like the sunday scaries are pushing into Tuesday. I got a feeling we're in for scaries for a while...
@1e7 I was just sharing my perspective, but let's agree to disagree. Alternatively, if you want to disengage completely, you could simply choose not to reply.
@1e6 "Takes one to know one" does not make sense. You speak with preloaded rebuttals like an LLM.
Nothing cannot unlame you unfortunately.
"I guess"
... pick me
@1ad I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were the authority on what's cool. Takes one to know one, I guess.
@19h You are lame
Sunday Scaries!!!!
@hc better late than never to figure out the unspoken truth of Ford.
People at Ford are scary.
@h8 2019 SRD says hello
@j9 I recently quit, couldn't feel better! I've started the job search, but I wouldn't be unhappy if it took me all summer to find one.
@j9 Perfect. You are working. Best of the best time to look elsewher.
@OP I hear you. Lots of people feel huge stress dealing with the id--tic management, lack of decision making and just plain toxic culture. To those who say quit, a lot of people I know have and eventually found better work. But it's hard to. I wish I could quit but we have to care for an ill family member and those bills require I work uninterupted. I will say, find the people in your area that are nice, try to avoid the mean/toxic ones and remember you are there for yourself and not for them. Wish you the best of luck
@hc You should have worked at a Tier-X supplier for better advancement opportunity. Lower pay likely, but greater peace of mind and control over your career path.
You know what’s absolutely scary? Someone can destroy your career, put you through the worst couple years of your life, and give zero explanation. They don't even give a sh-t. I guess that’s corporate America. I should have taken a job in a coal mine; I would have been happier and healthier.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, ford is full of psychopaths.
@c7 Great man, why not, great grandad was an admiral under him, nothing but good things to say
@OP I learned to live with my anxiety disorder. Change of perspective helps with it, or having different coping mechanisms. Usually people call it stimming. You can try the medications, but in my experience at least, being on them made me so much less capable that I appreciated my anxiety more. Worry can help you make decisions if you manage it.
Why does the Ford family refuse to admit that good old Henry and A d o l f p h were friends?
So, get a job elsewhere and never worry again. Or do you have qualifications that only Ford deems valuable, which aren't much. Stain your nose brown and drool a little and you will be just fine.😁
