It is completely toxic! The cast of the Investment Banking group is so corrupt and so unprofessional! Can’t wait till they receive my law suit ! Amazing how the worst people get paid in talent acquisition! They threaten they use horrible bullying language! It is TOXIC!
It’s a game of attrition.
I have been here 3 months and i will leave in the next couple of weeks as soon as i fine somewhere else. It is not a place i want to work. Everyone is stressed out and two levels of management above me are unreasonable. I dont know about above that - doesn't matter i dont need to find out more to know im ready for the door. It is not great, but it is no sweatshop. Work gets done in a sweatshop.
The workplace is such due to the leadership they brought in. This was and is a calculated plan.
So, this is the only company you've worked for then I take it.
