Called AAR today about how NS is forcing crafts to do billing and fix minor stuff that does not need fixing just to hit their billing goals, they said I should call FRA also and file a report, they also said they have been notified by multiple employees and the multiply freight car owners of being charge multiply times for the SAME repairs done to same car over and over again everytime it enter a NS yard. AAR said them and FRA are looking into it. I was told if you know anyone the agrees they are trying to force you to do illegal repairs or have proof they are threaten you to do repairs or else you will be written up, to contact AAR and FRA and make a report. And to stop any non necessary repairs immediately because your name is on bill and you will be accountable for that repair if it was not a necessary repair or if it was a same repair that was done multiply times by you on different days to same car. They said fines and discipline can and will be handled out to carrier and individuals involved in any fraud or wrong doing is found. And it it up to the carriers to decided how to handle their employees for it.

This behavior from management started when Blackrock first started acquiring NS in 2013 and got worse around 2016. Look at the leadership team of blackrock and their heritage. They're promoting their ideal culture. The title of their playbook is “divide and conquer”. Back in like 2010 in the wake of the financial crisis and all the backlash it prompted the deep state...whatever you want to call it, the blob of .0001%ers who basically run everything, they got scared and they sat down and went "oh $***, the people are really fu--ing mad at us this time, so mad they might rebel enough to bring about real change.

Lmao. Nothing will happen. Money means power and power gets places. These FRA and AAR people are nothing but puppets who occasionally un cover some simple stuff. The railroads lobbied to change class 1 inspections where no mechanical is around a conductor can do it in leiu of them, meaning that is what the railroads want. Fake repairs are only for shops to meet recovery numbers, which essentially means how much manpower you need versus what you have. It doesnt matter an ounce about this takeover, because in the end they will do whatever they want and answer to no one. That is a fact.
They blew up a town and nothing happened. Pretty sure nothing will happen here either.

OMG. You are so brave. I would be afraid to report something like that. I recently saw an article where 12 to 15 government scientist have gone missing or died of mysterious causes for being whistleblowers. Stuff like this scares me so much.
The Alphabets and Railroads are ALL IN BED TOGETHER!!! If you do report it and they are as SKETCHY as they come,do not expect too much to come out of it.
