Now FIS cannot replace your position even thru COGNIZANT.
They have to pay 200K salary.
Call your senator/congressman and ask to support this bill.

They will get people on L1 visa with lower salary so not a big deal ...
They are not replacing you with H1B Visa. They are offshoring you with remote workers and a remote provider. For the existing H1B's - yes. But there are no more H1B replacements. It is offshoring.
