Instead of a major round, a few people get cut here, a few there? I'll be honest, I'd much prefer a single round and knowing I was safe after it than having to worry every single day if my team is next.

@f8 THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH HUMANA AND ALL OF THE COMPANIES THEY AQUIRE/LEAD!!!
Laid off in Provider Contract Load....was probably 30 of us
Humana forbids associates to discuss layoffs so no one does. However, layoffs are standard practice at Humana but they usually layoff the wrong people. They keep the "yes" people who may be subpar and get rid of the quality employees who actually benefit the company. They don't want people who can think for themselves and ask questions. They want drones who simply do what they are told. Humana is also insanely middle management heavy across the enterprise. It makes NO sense! You can have one individual in the role of a manager / director and have one direct report. There is so much waste because of it.
Two people on my team were laid off. I work in the IT department.
Big layoffs hit the news, these new continuous layoff rounds fly under the radar. All hail the investor!
They do this all the time and have been doing it for years. Nothing new.
Where are the layoffs? I only see it on this board and haven't seen anything irl
yeah I got the RIF notification Tuesday
Yes. I know two people who were recently laid off.
Yep, it’s onesies and twosies across random departments. So they can fly under the radar. In fact, I know someone that was laid off the other day.
