Eff you! We are better off without. Take your money and go hide your face. You are a failure and always have been. You gaslight the rest of these clowns into thinking you were some EV god but the rest of us knew from day one you were a joke. How you bamboozled Ford leadership into thinking we could take a bunch of rejects and failures from Apple and Tesla and build a successful will be a mystery but now if we can only get rid of the rest of the your lackeys and your “20x” skunkworks team.

Last year in a town hall, DF said action will be taken on low performers. Well, I guess he meant that for himself.

Doug, please do one more favor and take with you all of the mo--ns you recruited and their teams who believe that they are somehow better and can make better products.

I love how everyone in FNV4 that remained got the lowest performance reviews because he canceled the project. Blanket “failure” without any accountability to his bunny shuffle.

He canceled FNV4, because he didn't like AUTOSAR technology. Guess what, all potential suppliers are using it in one way or another.

The current Ford family has always been su-kers for audacious hucksters. The bigger and more absurd the vision the more money they will pour into the scheme. Note: they are pouring other peoples money into the scheme.

I remember Bill fawning over Hacketts Jetson like mobility plan, while cooler heads were counseling steady incremental improvements and improving quality. A 5 year plan that showed improving profitability by improving measurable quality metrics 10% a year was dismissed by Bill as technically undoable, but becoming a Jetson-like mobility and company with self driving cars within 5 years, totally doable. WTF?

I also remember the Ford leadership team laughing at stodgy ole Toyota and how they were going to be left in the dust. Toyota is still chugging along incrementally improving while Ford face plants again and again. Tell us again Farley how well you learned the Toyota way. LOL

Quite a few of us were not surprised. Look at his work history. 3-5yrs and bolts. Nothing new. Of course the BOD & Senior management did not think his moving was a red flag. well that pretty much tells you the future of this company under the current regime. I would ask why both the press and WS never brought this up. We are suppose to trust these people managing billions of dollars or asking the tough questions. why do the troops see that as an issue but they ignore these warning signs. Company is on a respirator right now. No realistic vision or plan. management who are like deer in a headlights. confused. But don't worry Jimmy was given his $20+mn bonus.
