Didn't USAA have that capability previously with USAA Financial Centers? That concept didn't seem to work out well, so why is USAA revisiting a failed idea?

Stuart and then bank president Jamie Warder had the bright idea of getting rid of the financial centers to save on cost, only to BS employees and members with the false promises of putting in more cash deposit taking ATM machines in those areas.
The financial centers didnt fail. They actually performed pretty well. General Robles retired and Stuart went another direction. There are still 4 open. As someone who worked in them, we were always busy and actually made a profit until they started reducing product availability in them.
When you’ve been here long enough you’ll see it fail and come back 2-3 more times. Then at your 10/ 25 year mark you’ll get laid off
