Fifteen-plus years here, and things have been sliding downhill for so long that I now doubt even those first couple of years. How did we hit such lows so fast? Workers have never been treated as more disposable and worthless than they are now. It feels like we're approaching the moment when the whole thing spectacularly collapses. And what a disappointing, sad career arc - a steady decline, likely ending in a layoff where your years of contribution are never even acknowledged.

10 years ago it was a great company to work for. I advocated it. Now, I avoid the conversation.
@cv Yes, by all means, insult when you have nothing intelligent to say.
Yea, the transition from 2024 was pretty crazy and seemed like the start of the downfall. First time seeing Directors and senior managers canned almost outta no where at the company. 2018-2023 was prob the golden years
Don't engage in bootlicker behavior and you won't be called one. Easy peasy shoe polish squeezy.
@ap it truly is, I’ve never heard bootlicker until here, but I also don’t hang out with a--holes 🤷🏽♂️
@ae Did you major in "business airport bestseller" in college?
Don't display bootlicker tendencies and you'll be surprised at how rarely you're identified as one.
@OP There was once values and morals at this place but that has gone downhill over time in a corporate setting. Wasn't always like this.
@ah It's amazing that any comment on here that has even the slightest disagreement is responded to by an insult using the word 'bootlicker.' It's sad and comical at the same time.
@ae HR, is that you?
@ae sacrifices should come from up top, not the bottom you boot li---r
Stop complaining. This is the way corporate organizations work. Sometimes sacrifices need to be made. If you are left, you need to evolve and adapt.
