Prepare for an email. Stand up with us and get ready to strike until ELT are gone.

I am a former employee who had friends impacted today and friends who are preparing for the inevitable. If there’s anything us former employees can do to support you, is there a way for us to be included?
A discord will be created soon to organize a strike
Keep an eye out for an invite link
They are not offering severance. You all have nothing to lose. We are fighting back and we‘ll run a poll to see what the community agrees as reasonable demands given Michael‘s recent email
Everyone will be recommended to keep their resume updated and start looking for jobs before the initial strike. Yes, we might be collateral but they are going to regret treating us all like cattle
@a9 that idk I just know that some were let go today
@a9 according to someone in the other thread today, yeah no severance. Very unusual.
@a8 Without severance?
@a3 they did happen today
@a6 It doesn't matter if there's a legal requirement. The fact of the matter is they're fu--ing us over anyway so we have nothing to lose by fu--ing them over right back.
@a4 unless you can claim discrimination as a protected class and that claim has teeth, your efforts will be futile. The employer can terminate at-will without cause, full stop. There’s also no legal obligation to pay severance. Welcome to corporate America.
You can exercise your legal right to strike people! Do not listen to ELT naysayers!
This strike is happening and those who fail to join us are equally as bad as the ELT
Do not lick the boots of men that have no regard for you
Even if most of us are in right-to-work states, they’re going to lay us all off anyway and if the rumors are true that PTG employees were laid off without severance, they’re likely going to do the same to the rest of us, so what do we have to lose? They still need us to complete their mission, otherwise this wouldn’t be a 2-year rollout and they would lay us all off now. I hope there is a strike. If they’re going to fu-k us over, then let’s fu-k them over.
There are so many posts about how things are happening tomorrow, or next week and yet I've seen nothing. I know layoffs are going to happen but all these fake reports and troll posts are just muddying the waters.
These type of posts are feeling very troll like. If it’s not trolling then reminder that most US employees are in right to work states and unionizing is not possible. If it is a troll, please stop this stuff-it’s a disservice to those affected and those worried about their future of their role.
