How far out are your county assignments being assigned? Mine are until the end of March. Nothing for April.
This is making it difficult to reschedule members since I am in 3 counties and certain ones are filled up through March. I have to status a member as “member request reschedule” yesterday which I am assuming will affect my metrics? I’m guessing this is also a sign that I’ll be getting fired at the end of March? (After 14 years with Housecalls!)
@1rk 5 terminations in the KY market at 9:00 am on 2/19; they were given severance packages; the manager read a scripted corporate message about the necessity of the cuts – – also said they were gonna be helping people to see if there were other jobs that they could take on in the company – – but that would be highly doubtful in our area

I just noticed I have no members scheduled for next week and on the practitioner portal I have no zones assigned for the next week and forward. This is bad and definitely thinking I am getting fired.
@rd no incentive visits so far this year. Taking a guess to say there probably won’t be any going forward. Along with the impossible QVC metrics and 1% 401k decrease we got.
@rc the meeting first week of January with VP letting us know that the budget is cut for housecalls this year. Did you not have that meeting?
@OP has anyone received incentive visits? I’ve actually came to rely on these and I haven’t gotten any this year.

Mine is only scheduled through March. I wouldn’t necessarily take as a sign of getting fired. They changed rescheduling guidelines to where we can only schedule members up to 28 days out to reduce member cancellation rates.
@bg yup.Anything so we don’t get our QVC bonuses. Notice how every year it’s been made harder and harder to earn one.

Mine is scheduled until last day of March, nothing in April as well.
I’m wondering if it’s a sign I’m getting laid off or if that’s how most people’s are and no one is assigned for April yet.
And yes member rescheduled counts as a cancel. Only thing that doesn’t is actually rescheduling them. :/
