They shifted field service in several upper Midwest states to dealers last year. I'm hearing that they are about to do this same thing in a number of additional states. Does anybody know anything for sure?

If they were smart (which they’re not) they would have kept GIS which had ability to manage nationwide service and moved all office equipment service over and kept Production separate.
