Are any other departments implementing new and far out there changes? Our department was told today no one can start work before 7am even though we follow EST and some of the team are in different time zones. I feel like they are trying to see who they can push out so they don’t have to pay severance.

I'll take HIH over some of these math/stats snobs in some orgs that have not delivered on any project of value and claim that they know tech when they don't and then hire their fellow math/stats snob failed leaders from other companies like UHC. No wonder stuff is being sent offshore.

What’s the rationale behind this? Did they give you a reason?
I work before 7am. My manager hasn’t said anything to yet. If he does, I’ll be sure to respond if my hours change. He usually is good with communication.
