Has anyone noticed the cosmetic hours that are partially paid for from Clinique and Estee Lauder being used for the backend of the store? They will schedule someone without letting them know usually they can't get in to the reflexes so it's a no show then those hours are diverted to other areas anyone eles notice this in other Belk stores? It's been reported but nobody does anything to them.

@h7 Clearly you dont know what your talking about. only hr and visual went back. RVPs and GVP work from home period... if you are ever on a CC you would know that..
@h7-honey, no matter if they work from home, the office, their car, or from the planet Venus, they still have no clue how to run a company. Belk is in serious trouble, everyone knows it.
@je. Blah blah blah
@j6 never said that. Just pointing out that the work from home argument isn’t really valid anymore.
@h7-belk is doing well. Belk executives are turning the company into a goldmine. Said nobody ever.
@ab you realize return to office was announced back in Feb and has been in place since May. Comments like this make me think you probably don’t know what you are talking about. Not really a work from home company anymore.
At this point, does it really matter? belk is so far gone, nothing at all should surprise you or anyone else. The company is run by work from home executives making six figures who not only have no idea what they are doing, but may want belk to fail so they can get a huge payout if and when it files another bankruptcy. It’s just a matter of time. Don’t listen to a word managers or executives say to you (they’re all lies), but watch closely to their underhanded, secretive actions, that clearly show the company is in dire straits.
They will not do anything about that. It’s like a Chess game.
