@h8 I don't care what you think. It's like taking out a HELOC for a tax write off. It's a loss o matter how you look at it. It's money wasted!
Empty buildings are a tax write off, their operating at a loss. If you think that the tax and finance departments have not found a way to make money off of these buildings, you don't know the company as well as you think you do. Maybe one day, someone on here will actually have a fact and be able to be helpful.

They don't give a hot squat what anyone wants. Empty buildings cost money and lose value. You're going to be sitting in a cube more often by the end of 2026 and that's a guarantee.

They are still paying on the leasein Murfreesboro. Plenty of office space there to put a complete battalion of clams personal. Do it!

Thank God they sold one of the 3 buildings in the Atl hub so there would be no way for us to RTO full time. Not enough space and I don’t think they have enough money to rent a new building for that.
Less time in office. People want to work from home. And they are more productive.

I'll go to the office for double my pay, i have multiple masters, certifications and get paid a new grad pay and get blocked for promotions. I just want to coast at this point, and even my d*g wouldn't step foot in the office.
