I have people on my team who somehow always manage to weasel out. I feel like an id--t for all the overtime I do out of fear of losing my job, even though I know in the end it won’t make a difference. When my time comes, nothing I ever did or how hard I worked will matter.

Company admitted last year that over 10% of all employees are still under their minimum paybands. Meanwhile, the C-Suite, Regional VPs, and Capital Management siphon all the money from the raises people deserve. Now, group accoun reps have their positions uncapped which is an insult to the CRM who have to clean up the GARs sc.hit & terrible ability qualifying prospects. F-u-ck-um
It's not that simple. Some employees who fall below the NY minimum salary threshold must be classified as non-exempt, regardless of their job duties. However, any non-exempt employee who works OT most certainly should be paid OT.

People who are hourly are expected to work 50-60 hours w/no extra pay even though the Executives are making $500K, $700K, and $1M plus. Reclassify those hourly employees as salary and force them to work 60 hours.
