Is UM preauth going offshore?

Yes . Phase one has started. Long range plan most UM will be off shore. Small group of staff in USA .
I heard a lot is going to the Philippines.
Eventually. Phased approach with majority of OP MA UM already there. Over next couple of years most IP UM will be moved offshore, with the only IP UM left in the US those Medicaid states that mandate UM in the US. Remember post service UM and OP MA already farmed out to three vendors- SWH, Sagility and EXL.
