Instead of developing people or rewarding effort, they just keep piling on more responsibility and calling it “growth.” No new title, no raise, no acknowledgment. You end up doing the work of two jobs while being treated like you should be grateful for the opportunity.

Wells has never been known for developing leaders. They just throw things on people’s plates and expect them to be grateful. But they do not know the difference between leaders and managers. None of them are leaders. That is why our managers are really bad and our executives are really terrible. And who suffers?

Bad manager like D1na R0jas only develops obesity instead of wisdom over the years. She cannot even manage her personal life, not to mention managing a team. She is the joke of her big team and all her peers feel comfortable with her in the team as she is their cushion in terms of performance assessment.

In the current work environment, management has the upper hand...nobody is really hiring, pay rates stagnant, etc... minions will have to su-k it for awhile until conditions swing back our way.... unfortunately thats the nature of the business cycle.... only thing we can do is wait it out.... as for Charlie and Company...they are looking golden because costs are under control and stock price is up... doesnt matter that minions are getting crushed...board and shareholders are happy....
Also gas-lighting with surprise performance reviews and rolling expectations all intended to end with termination for performance if you try like he-l to stay. That is definition of Charlies "attrition". Only it is termination he gets off on because who is able to give a 60 day or 90 day notice? Im not mad, Im disgusted at how these multimillion CEOs think they are special. The bible says your good works are filthy rags. That word is translated from oringinal word for period rags.
An then you will be terminated with cause and no severance. Friction is the go to strategy, overworked until voted by management to be laid off.
