When you are layed off, your only way to attempt to get questions answered or request actions is via email to Alumni@xerox.com. My experience with that has been horrible. Anyone have similar or different experiences?

I have yet to see any severance payments and have received no response to my queries on payment status. Assuming I am not going to get anything?
Yes, its horrible. Why do you seem surprised? Is there anything XRX doesn't su-k at?
